I reached out to Hi Tech Mechanical on a whim based off all the five star reviews. Thinking that these reviews were doctored or fake, I am here to give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s. Igor came out and gave me a very fair estimate to replace, remove and connect new thermostats. I will tell you he was $3000-$3500 cheaper than the previous estimates I received and he was hired on the spot. Igor and his employees were professional, hard workers and very detail oriented and even worked Saturdays.

Igor was fantastic! My 18 year old AC system had multiple issues — moldy air handler, water leaking from the ceiling below the AC. Igor gave me a detailed explanation of all the issues and suggested fixes at a very reasonable cost.
